Reservation & Cancelled Policy

* All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.Otherwise,we reserve a right to charge one-night room rate per room.

* Cancellations with less than 15 days notice is require 50% of full payment. No show or any cancellations with less than 3 days notice is require full charge.

* Full balance payment must be transfer to our account in 14 days after received an invoice 
* For Urgent booking require payment must be receive before guests check-in date.
* Without any  payment receive guests will not allow for check-in.
